Who we are
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY SIOLANT (LLC SIOLANT) is an IT services company. We design, build, and operate software, cloud infrastructure, and security systems for organizations that need technology to work reliably every day.
We are a small, senior team. There are no layers between the people advising clients and the people writing the code. That structural choice shapes everything else about how we work.

To bring engineering rigor to the technology decisions that quietly determine whether an organization scales gracefully or struggles. We help clients build systems that are predictable, maintainable, and secure — and we stand behind them after launch.
Our engineering philosophy
Software is infrastructure. It outlives the team that wrote it, the framework it was built on, and the meeting it was scoped in. So we treat it that way: clear contracts, observable behaviour, documented trade-offs, and tests that protect the things that matter.
We default to mature technologies, write boring code where boring is correct, and choose novelty only when the problem actually requires it.

How we work
Every engagement starts with a conversation about constraints — budget, time, regulatory context, and the existing systems we'll work alongside. From there, we propose a plan that can be evaluated on its own terms, not buried in jargon.
During delivery, we ship in increments, document decisions as we make them, and treat code review and testing as load-bearing parts of the process.
Experience and expertise
The team brings backgrounds in distributed systems, application security, cloud architecture, and large-scale data infrastructure. We've operated production systems under real load, debugged incidents at uncomfortable hours, and learned what does and doesn't survive contact with reality.
Responsible technology approach
Technology choices have consequences — for users, for operating costs, and for the people who will maintain the system years from now. We weigh those consequences openly and avoid building things just because we can.
